Google has published a list of the best games and apps in the Google Play store over the last year.
The winners were chosen in nine different categories. Each of the projects were evaluated on several criteria, including design, impact on performance and overall quality.

The Simple Habit of Meditation is the app to improve well-being — a collection of 1000 training with voice instructor that will help you focus and relieve stress.
Be My Eyes app for the disabled — allows blind people to communicate with volunteers. Users can also be volunteers that are ready to help a lonely blind people.
Khan Academy is the app with a positive impact on society — more than 10,000 training videos, and 40,000 interactive sessions on various topics.
Canva — an application from a young Studio — a free and very functional graphic editor that focuses on creating images with texts, inscriptions and other decorative elements. Subsequently, they can be used to publish in the social network as postcards, invitations and flyers.
BBC Earth: Life in VR — virtual or augmented reality — a very informative and entertaining app sends users to explore the depths of the ocean and meet its inhabitants.
Flipkart app for billions of users — the official app of one of the most popular trading platforms in India.
Old Man’s Journey — an indie game — a profound story about the journey of man.
Episode — a game with an active community – a romantic adventure story that depends on user choice.
Empires & Puzzles — a breakthrough game in the style of “three in a row” combined with the construction of fortresses, the army training and battles with other users.
